The Kartell Naturals black shower tray gives a standard rectangular shower a much more distinctive foundation. Its stone-effect texture adds visual depth while the Class C slip rating provides valuable reassurance underfoot. The 1200 x 800mm footprint offers comfortable room for daily showering without requiring the space of an oversized walk-in tray, and the slim 28mm profile keeps the finished installation looking crisp. An offset waste and rich black surface complete the wetroom-inspired appearance, making this a particularly appealing base for clear glass screens and dark-framed enclosures.
Use these points to assess whether the tray matches your available floor space, drainage plan and preferred bathroom finish.
The black stone-effect surface can anchor a scheme featuring black shower profiles, dark brassware, concrete-look tiles or crisp white ceramics.
A 1200mm length gives more standing room than many compact trays, while the 800mm depth remains suitable for a wide range of bathroom layouts.
Where the floor structure permits, the tray can be set down for level access and a cleaner transition into the shower area.
The Naturals range cannot be placed on a riser kit, so it will not suit installations that need extra clearance beneath the tray.
This model uses an offset side waste position, meaning the pipe route must be planned around that specific outlet location.
The decorative chrome grille is supplied, but the essential 90mm waste body must still be ordered separately.
A chrome grille is included as standard. Alternative grille colours are available separately if you would prefer a different finish for the waste area.
Yes, the tray is trimmable. Any alteration should be carefully planned so the final dimensions remain suitable for the enclosure and the waste position is not compromised.
A 90mm shower waste body is required and is not included with the tray. The compatible waste code listed for this model is FFW90.
