Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 July 2026 These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when you browse our website, create an account, contact us about a product, or place an order with Find Cheap Bathrooms. Please read them carefully before buying from us. By submitting an order through our website, you confirm that you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms reduces or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. Who We Are

This website is operated by FINDCHEAPEVERYTHING LTD, trading as Find Cheap Bathrooms. FINDCHEAPEVERYTHING LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 16467887. Registered office: 1st Floor, 36-40 West Parade, Halifax, England, HX1 2TE Contact details: Email: mail@findcheapbathrooms.com Phone: +44 7356288574 Address: Find Cheap Bathrooms, 1st Floor, 36-40 West Parade, Halifax, England, HX1 2TE In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to FINDCHEAPEVERYTHING LTD trading as Find Cheap Bathrooms. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation using our website or purchasing from us.

2. What These Terms Cover

These Terms apply to:
  • your use of our website;
  • orders submitted through our website;
  • products sold and supplied by us;
  • delivery, collection, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges;
  • product enquiries, complaints and after-sales support.
Please do not use the website or place an order if you do not accept these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order will normally apply to that order.

3. Consumers and Business Customers

Our website is primarily intended for people purchasing bathroom products for domestic or household use. Consumers have legal rights concerning matters such as product quality, accurate descriptions, delivery, faulty goods and cancellation. Those rights continue to apply and are not restricted by these Terms. If you purchase for a trade, business, landlord, property-development, installation, resale or other commercial purpose, we may treat the transaction as a business purchase. We may consider the quantity ordered, account details, delivery address, communications with you and the surrounding circumstances when deciding whether an order is commercial.

4. Our Bathroom Products

We sell bathroom products and related accessories, which may include bathroom suites, baths, toilets, basins, taps, showers, shower trays, enclosures, furniture, mirrors, towel rails, panels, wastes, fittings and other bathroom items. Product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, finishes, specifications, compatibility information and availability details are provided to help you make an informed choice. We take reasonable care when preparing this information, but small differences can occur. Images are illustrative. Colour, finish, texture, pattern, shape and proportion may look different because of screen settings, lighting, photography, natural materials, production tolerances or manufacturing batches. You are responsible for checking that each product is suitable for your bathroom, available space, plumbing arrangement, water pressure, drainage, electrical supply, walls, floors and intended use before ordering. Where you are unsure, seek advice from a suitably qualified plumber, bathroom installer, electrician, builder or other competent professional before committing to a purchase.

5. Measurements, Compatibility and Installation

Bathroom products can differ significantly in their dimensions, connection points, tap-hole layouts, waste positions, water-pressure requirements, electrical ratings, wall or floor requirements and installation methods. Before ordering, check all relevant details, including:
  • height, width, depth and overall footprint;
  • handing, orientation and opening direction;
  • tap-hole, waste and overflow positions;
  • water inlet and outlet locations;
  • water-pressure and flow requirements;
  • electrical supply and rating, where applicable;
  • wall, floor and fixing requirements;
  • access for delivery and installation;
  • clearances around doors, drawers, screens and moving parts;
  • whether required panels, wastes, taps, traps, valves, brackets, fixings or accessories are included;
  • compatibility with existing plumbing, drainage and other bathroom products;
  • colour, finish and batch consistency.
Measurements and technical details may vary slightly because of manufacturing tolerances or supplier information. Your installer should verify critical measurements before installation begins. Bathroom products should be checked and fitted by a suitably competent person. Electrical work must be completed by an appropriately qualified electrician. Gas-related work, where relevant, must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not provide installation, plumbing, electrical work, building work, removal, decorating, tiling, wall reinforcement or alterations to your property.

6. Check Everything Before Booking Installation

Do not arrange a plumber, bathroom fitter, electrician, builder, tiler, decorator or other tradesperson until:
  1. the full order has arrived;
  2. you have opened and inspected the products;
  3. you have confirmed that the items are correct, complete and free from visible damage;
  4. your installer has checked dimensions, compatibility, access, plumbing, drainage, electrics, wall and floor suitability.
Do not remove existing bathroom fittings, isolate plumbing, begin demolition, cut tiles or panels, alter pipework, dispose of old products or start installation work before the new goods have been delivered and fully checked. If you arrange installation before the goods arrive and are inspected, you do so at your own risk. Do not fit, drill, cut, mark, alter, connect, test, fill, seal or discard the packaging of an item that appears damaged, incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. Installing a product despite obvious damage, missing parts, incorrect dimensions, the wrong finish or another visible problem may affect the remedies reasonably available. Keep the original packaging until you are satisfied that the item is correct, complete, undamaged and suitable.

7. Installation Appointments and Third-Party Costs

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, our contract is for the supply of products only. We do not provide plumbing, fitting, electrical, gas, building, tiling, decorating or other installation services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for avoidable third-party costs such as call-out charges, missed appointments, cancellation fees, labour, loss of time, loss of earnings, storage or rebooking costs arising because:
  • a delivery or supplier is delayed;
  • an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect;
  • parts are missing;
  • measurements or compatibility were not checked;
  • delivery could not be completed;
  • installation was booked before delivery and inspection;
  • a visibly unsuitable or damaged item was installed.
Your legal rights remain unaffected where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. You must take reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary loss, including waiting until the goods have arrived and been inspected before arranging installation.

8. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Stock information may come from our own systems or from suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and fulfilment partners. An item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been submitted. If an item is delayed, discontinued, unavailable, damaged before dispatch or affected by a stock error, we may offer one or more of the following:
  • a suitable alternative;
  • a revised delivery estimate;
  • cancellation of the affected item;
  • a partial refund;
  • a full refund for the affected item.
We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible when we become aware of a material availability issue.

9. Supplier and Direct-Dispatch Products

Some items are stored, supplied or dispatched directly by a manufacturer, distributor, warehouse or fulfilment partner. Availability and delivery estimates for these products may depend on information supplied by third parties. An item shown as available can occasionally become delayed, discontinued, damaged in transit or unavailable because of a supplier error. Where that happens, we will explain the available options as soon as reasonably practicable. We are not responsible for avoidable installation costs or missed appointments where work was arranged before the directly dispatched goods were received and inspected.

10. Prices, VAT and Delivery Charges

Website prices are displayed in pounds sterling. As at the date these Terms were last updated, we are not registered for VAT. VAT is therefore not added to our sales, and we do not issue VAT invoices. The displayed product price is the amount payable for the item, excluding delivery unless the website clearly states otherwise. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before you submit your order. No VAT will be added at checkout while we remain outside VAT registration. If our VAT status changes, we will update the website and pricing information where required. Prices may change, but a later price change will not normally affect an order we have already accepted. If a price is clearly wrong, we may reject or cancel the order and refund any money paid. We are not required to supply an item at an obviously incorrect price that could reasonably have been recognised as an error.

11. Delivery Charges

Any delivery charge will be displayed during checkout before you place the order. Charges can vary according to:
  • the products ordered;
  • size, weight and fragility;
  • delivery postcode and location;
  • the delivery service selected;
  • supplier or warehouse location;
  • parcel, specialist or pallet-delivery requirements.
Smaller items may be sent by parcel courier. Large, heavy or fragile bathroom products may require specialist, pallet, manufacturer or direct-supplier delivery.

12. Placing an Order

Orders must be submitted by following the checkout process on our website. Before placing the order, review the products, quantities, billing and delivery details, payment method, delivery charge and total price. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including your name, telephone number, email address and delivery address. Submitting an order is an offer by you to purchase the products in your basket.

13. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

We may send an acknowledgement after receiving your order. An acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance, dispatch the relevant product or otherwise begin fulfilling the order. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including where:
  • stock is unavailable;
  • the price or description contains an error;
  • payment is declined or not authorised;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse;
  • delivery is unavailable to the address supplied;
  • information provided by you is incomplete or inaccurate;
  • the order appears intended for resale or commercial use that we do not wish to accept;
  • we cannot fulfil the order for another reasonable operational or legal reason.
If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

14. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments may be handled by third-party providers such as card processors, Stripe, PayPal or another payment service. The payment provider may carry out authorisation, security and fraud-prevention checks. We do not store your full card details ourselves. You must be authorised to use the chosen payment method.

15. Discount Codes and Promotions

Offers, discounts and promotional codes are subject to availability and any conditions shown with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise:
  • offers cannot be combined;
  • codes have no cash value;
  • we may amend or withdraw a promotion;
  • an offer may apply only to selected products, categories or customers;
  • only one code may be used per order.
We may reject or cancel a promotional discount where we reasonably believe it has been misused, obtained dishonestly, distributed without permission or used outside its stated conditions.

16. Delivery

We will deliver to the address entered during checkout. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed date in writing. We will take reasonable steps to meet the estimated timeframe, but delays can occur because of:
  • stock availability;
  • manufacturer or supplier delays;
  • courier or pallet-network disruption;
  • weather, traffic or access restrictions;
  • incorrect delivery information;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • events outside our reasonable control.
Where a signature or attendance is required, someone must be available to accept delivery. Large, heavy or palletised orders may be delivered only to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible point. Drivers may not be able to take products indoors, upstairs, through narrow entrances, into garages or to a particular room. You must ensure that the address and access route are suitable for the size and weight of the products.

17. Delivery Dates and Installation Planning

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, delivery dates are estimates rather than fixed appointments. Do not book tradespeople, take time off work, remove existing bathroom products, disconnect plumbing or start building, tiling or decorating work until the order has arrived and been fully checked. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for avoidable call-out charges, missed appointments, cancellation fees, rebooking charges, lost earnings or other third-party costs caused by arranging work too early.

18. Failed Delivery, Access Problems and Redelivery

You must provide correct delivery details and ensure that the delivery location is safe and accessible. Specialist or pallet deliveries may be limited to the kerbside or nearest safe accessible point. If delivery fails because:
  • the address or contact details were wrong or incomplete;
  • nobody was available;
  • the carrier could not contact you;
  • access was unsafe or unsuitable;
  • delivery was refused without a valid reason;
  • local restrictions prevented delivery;
we may recover reasonable redelivery, return, storage, cancellation or handling costs actually incurred. If the goods are returned to us or a supplier after a failed delivery, we may deduct reasonable delivery, return and handling costs from any refund, unless the failure was caused by us or the carrier.

19. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them. Ownership passes only after we have received full payment for the goods and applicable delivery charges.

20. Checking Your Delivery

Inspect the order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Check:
  • the external packaging;
  • product name and model;
  • size, handing and orientation;
  • colour, pattern and finish;
  • the number of packages and items;
  • included parts, panels, brackets, wastes, fittings, instructions and accessories;
  • any visible chips, cracks, dents, scratches or other damage.
If packaging is visibly damaged, note this with the carrier where possible and photograph it before opening. Report damaged, incorrect, incomplete or missing goods promptly by emailing mail@findcheapbathrooms.com. Include your order number and clear photographs where relevant. Do not install, modify, use or dispose of the packaging of a product that appears incorrect, incomplete, damaged or unsuitable.

21. Damaged, Incorrect, Incomplete or Missing Items

Tell us as soon as reasonably possible if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete or with parts missing. We may ask you to provide:
  • your order number;
  • photographs of all packaging;
  • photographs or video of the product and issue;
  • images of labels, courier stickers and product codes;
  • a description of the problem;
  • confirmation of whether the product has been fitted, altered or used.
Do not install or use an item that is visibly damaged, incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable. We will address faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods in accordance with your legal rights. We are not responsible for avoidable third-party costs caused by arranging installation before delivery and inspection.

22. Damage in Transit

If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly so that we can investigate. We may need your order number, photographs of the packaging and product, courier labels, details of the damage and confirmation that the product has not been installed or used. Keep both the item and its packaging until we tell you what should happen next. Prompt reporting helps us deal with carriers and suppliers, but it does not remove your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

23. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer buying online, you may cancel your order without giving a reason. We offer a 30-day cancellation period. You must tell us that you wish to cancel within 30 days beginning the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, the period begins the day after the final item is received. You may also request cancellation before dispatch. To cancel, send a clear written statement before the cancellation period expires. After telling us that you wish to cancel, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice. Returned goods should be unused and unfitted, with their original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect them as you would in a shop, but we may make a lawful deduction if handling beyond what is necessary reduces their value. We will make any refund due within the period required by law, normally no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The cancellation right does not normally apply to bespoke, made-to-order, personalised or custom-finished products, subject to applicable law. To cancel, email mail@findcheapbathrooms.com and include your name, order number, address and the products concerned.

24. Returning Products After Cancellation

When cancelling after delivery, return the goods to us or to the return address we provide no later than 14 days after notifying us. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the return cost. Bathroom products can be large, heavy, fragile and costly to transport. Use secure packaging and a suitable insured parcel or pallet service. You remain responsible for the goods until they reach the return address. Do not send returns to our registered office unless we specifically instruct you to do so. The correct destination may be a supplier, manufacturer, warehouse or other returns facility.

25. Refunds After Cancellation

If you cancel the whole order within the cancellation period, we will refund the product price and, where applicable, the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. If you selected a premium delivery service, we are not required to refund the additional amount above the standard-delivery cost. Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, return costs are your responsibility. Where only part of an order is returned, the original delivery charge may not be refundable if the same charge would have applied to the products you kept.

26. Products That Cannot Be Cancelled

The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This can include made-to-measure products, custom colours or finishes, specially cut panels, altered products, bespoke configurations or items manufactured specifically for your order. Where an exclusion applies, we will make this clear where reasonably possible. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

27. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Products

We are legally required to supply goods that conform to the contract, are as described, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for any purpose made known where the law requires it. If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact mail@findcheapbathrooms.com as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, available remedies may include a repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or another appropriate solution. The remedy may depend on when the issue is reported, the nature of the problem, whether the product has been installed or used, and whether the cause was a manufacturing fault, transit damage, incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage or another external factor. Your statutory rights are not limited by these Terms.

28. Problems Discovered After Installation

If a possible fault appears after installation, stop using the item where it is safe and reasonable to do so and contact us promptly. We may request:
  • your order number;
  • photographs or video showing the issue;
  • details of the installer and installation date;
  • installation records or professional findings;
  • water-pressure, electrical or plumbing information where relevant;
  • evidence that the product was installed and maintained correctly.
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
  • incorrect or incomplete installation;
  • misuse, neglect or accidental damage;
  • failure to maintain or clean the product correctly;
  • unsuitable water pressure, water quality, plumbing, drainage or electrical supply;
  • incorrect accessories, wastes, seals, fixings or connections;
  • movement, corrosion, limescale or environmental conditions not caused by a product defect;
  • failure to follow instructions;
  • alteration, cutting, drilling or modification;
  • damage caused by an installer or another third party.
This section does not affect your statutory rights.

29. Manufacturer Warranties and Guarantees

Some products include a manufacturer warranty or guarantee. Unless we expressly state otherwise, that warranty is provided by the manufacturer rather than by us. A manufacturer may require registration, proof of purchase, professional installation, correct maintenance, suitable operating conditions and compliance with its instructions. A manufacturer warranty is additional to your legal rights and does not replace them.

30. Returns Process

To request a return, email mail@findcheapbathrooms.com. Please provide:
  • your name and order number;
  • the product you wish to return;
  • the reason for the return;
  • photographs where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We will provide the appropriate instructions. Do not send goods back before contacting us, because the correct return location may be a supplier, manufacturer or warehouse rather than our registered office. Returns should be securely packaged and include all parts, panels, accessories, fixings, instructions and original packaging where reasonably possible.

31. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange at our discretion and subject to availability. If you selected the wrong size, handing, finish, model or specification, you may need to return the original item and place a separate order. You may be responsible for return costs and any price difference unless the exchange is required because of our error or because the product is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.

32. Refused Returns or Reduced Refunds

Where legally permitted, we may refuse a return or reduce a refund if:
  • the return is outside the applicable period;
  • the product has been installed, used, drilled, cut, sealed or altered and is not faulty;
  • the product was damaged while in your possession;
  • parts, accessories, fixings, instructions or packaging are missing;
  • the returned item is not the one we supplied;
  • the item was made to specification or personalised and is not faulty;
  • the item has been modified or tampered with;
  • you have not supplied reasonable information needed to process the return;
  • unnecessary handling has reduced the product’s value.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

33. Product Advice and Technical Information

We may provide general information or guidance to help you compare products. Any guidance is based on the details available to us and the information you provide. It is not a substitute for an on-site assessment or advice from a qualified plumber, bathroom installer, electrician, builder, surveyor or other competent professional. You remain responsible for checking suitability for your property and intended use. We are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate, incomplete or unclear information supplied by you.

34. Water Pressure, Flow, Electrical Ratings and Performance

Information about water pressure, flow rate, electrical rating, heat output, capacity, performance and efficiency may be based on supplier, manufacturer or industry data and is provided as guidance. Actual performance may be affected by factors including:
  • incoming water pressure and flow;
  • pipework size, route and condition;
  • hot-water system and boiler capacity;
  • simultaneous use of other outlets;
  • electrical supply and installation;
  • room dimensions and ventilation;
  • product positioning;
  • water quality, limescale and maintenance;
  • installation quality and compliance with instructions.
Check that the relevant ratings and requirements are suitable before ordering. Where performance is important, obtain advice from a competent professional before purchase or installation.

35. Accessories, Wastes, Fixings and Other Parts

Some products require taps, wastes, traps, valves, panels, screens, connectors, brackets, sealants, fixings, electrical components or other items that are not included unless the product description says they are. Check exactly what is supplied before ordering. Fixings included with a product may not be suitable for every wall or floor construction. The installer must assess the surface and use appropriate fixings and installation methods. We are not responsible for damage caused by unsuitable surfaces, incorrect fixings, poor installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

36. Installation, Labour and Related Costs

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, our obligation is to supply the products ordered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for avoidable:
  • installation or removal costs;
  • plumber, electrician, builder or installer charges;
  • tiling, decorating or making-good costs;
  • loss of earnings or time;
  • missed appointments or rebooking charges;
  • storage costs;
  • damage caused by third-party installers;
  • costs caused by booking installation before checking the goods.
Inspect all products before installation begins. Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

37. Using Our Website

You must use the website lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
  • damage, overload or misuse the website;
  • attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
  • introduce malware, viruses or other harmful material;
  • scrape, reproduce or extract content without permission;
  • use the website for fraud or unlawful activity;
  • interfere with the website’s security or proper operation.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe the website has been misused.

38. Customer Accounts

If you open an account, keep your login information secure and confidential. Account information must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless that activity resulted from our failure to take reasonable care. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

39. Reviews, Comments and User Content

Reviews, comments and other content submitted to our website must be honest, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. Do not submit content that is:
  • false or materially misleading;
  • abusive, threatening, discriminatory, obscene or offensive;
  • defamatory;
  • spam or unauthorised advertising;
  • unlawful;
  • infringing intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • containing unnecessary personal information.
We may moderate, edit, reject or remove content where we reasonably consider this appropriate.

40. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the website’s branding, text, images, graphics, layouts, logos and other content belong to us or are used under licence. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.

41. Privacy and Cookies

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The website may use cookies and similar technologies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for further information.

42. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Examples include:
  • courier, pallet-network, supplier or manufacturer disruption;
  • strikes or industrial action;
  • extreme weather, fire, flood or accident;
  • war, terrorism, civil unrest or public emergency;
  • pandemics or epidemics;
  • customs, import or transport delays;
  • power, communications, internet or IT failures;
  • changes in law or government action;
  • acts or omissions of third parties outside our control.
If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce its impact.

43. Our Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • breach of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded;
  • any other matter for which exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.
Where you are a consumer, our products are supplied for domestic and private use unless agreed otherwise. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption.

44. Business Customers

If you purchase for trade, business, resale, commercial, landlord, property-development, professional or installation purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • implied terms are excluded where the law permits;
  • we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, contracts, opportunity or indirect or consequential loss;
  • our total liability relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product;
  • you are responsible for checking specifications, measurements, suitability, compliance and installation requirements;
  • you must inspect goods before installation, resale, onward delivery or use in a project.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

45. Complaints

Please contact us first if you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service so that we have an opportunity to investigate. Email: mail@findcheapbathrooms.com Include your order number, contact details, relevant photographs and a clear explanation of the issue. We will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

46. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may be entitled to consider an alternative dispute-resolution process. We are not obliged to use a particular ADR provider unless we confirm otherwise. This does not affect your right to bring a claim through the courts.

47. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its revision date. Changes will not normally alter an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

48. Severance

Each paragraph of these Terms operates separately. If a court or competent authority decides that any part is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

49. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right or remedy, that does not mean we have given it up. A delay in enforcing these Terms does not prevent us from enforcing them later.

50. Third-Party Rights

These Terms are between you and us. Unless the law expressly provides otherwise, no other person has the right to enforce them.

51. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another part of the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live. Business customers agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
