The Kartell Nero matt black L-shaped shower bath screen combines a broad clear main panel with a slimmer hinged extension, adding extra screening around the showering end of a compatible Elite bath without making the room feel enclosed. A substantial black wall profile and matching hinge blocks give the largely transparent design a crisp architectural outline, while concealed fixings keep the finished installation visually tidy and the 820–845mm adjustment range provides useful fitting tolerance.
Confirm the exact bath model, finished fitting width and available space around the hinged glass before ordering.
The screen is designed for use with Kartell Elite L-shaped baths rather than as a universal panel for unrelated bath shapes.
The dark wall profile and hinge blocks can connect visually with black taps, shower fittings and surrounding accessories.
The narrow extension panel turns away from the main glass, creating the distinctive return required for the L-shaped arrangement.
Compatibility is confirmed for Elite L-shaped baths, so the screen should not be assumed to fit a straight or unrelated bath.
The finished fitting position must fall within the stated adjustment range for the screen to suit the planned installation.
This listing is for the bath screen only and does not include the Elite bath or form a complete shower enclosure.
The screen has a nominal width of 820mm but can be adjusted to suit a finished fitting position between 820mm and 845mm. This tolerance helps accommodate minor differences in the wall and bath installation. Measure the completed mounting area after wall finishes are in place, as the adjustment range relates to the fitted screen position rather than the general size of the bath.
The main clear panel is joined to a narrower glass extension by two dark hinge blocks. This creates a return at the outer edge rather than leaving the screen as one completely flat sheet. The hinged format provides movement within the design, but no specific inward or outward opening direction is confirmed, so the required clearance should be checked against the bath, taps and surrounding fittings.
The screen uses 6mm toughened safety glass and weighs 18.07kg, so delivery access and lifting should be planned before installation begins. Suitable support and careful handling are particularly important around stairs, narrow doorways and the bath edge. The product carries a lifetime guarantee, while moving parts and working components are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase.
