The installation requires two separate tap holes, each measuring 32mm in diameter. The complete fitting is approximately 225mm wide, so the final positions should be planned around the available flat surface and the location of the bath beneath. There must also be enough access below the ledge to secure both bodies and connect the hot and cold supplies.
At 1 bar, the bath filler delivers approximately 21 litres per minute. This increases to around 30 litres per minute at 2 bar and 36.9 litres per minute at 3 bar. Actual filling time will also depend on the bath capacity, available dynamic pressure, pipework and whether other outlets are being used at the same time.
Flexible connecting tails and a bath waste are not included. Suitable fittings will therefore need to be chosen for the existing plumbing and bath configuration. This model is a standard bath filler rather than a bath shower mixer, so a handset, shower hose, diverter and wall bracket are also not supplied as part of GUN242.
