The Scudo Bella 1200mm vanity unit is a strong choice for a shared bathroom or ensuite where one wide basin area makes more sense than a compact single unit. The matt grey cabinet has a smooth handleless front with subtle recessed pulls, keeping the look clean and furniture-led. The compatible white basin which can be purchased at the same time is split into two separate wash sections with two tap holes, giving each side its own practical space. Supplied assembled, moisture resistant and fitted with soft close drawers, it feels designed for busy everyday use.
A clear guide to whether this wide Scudo Bella vanity unit suits your bathroom layout, storage needs and basin plans.
The 1200mm width and optional double basin layout work well where two separate wash areas are more practical than a single basin.
The smooth drawer fronts and recessed pull detail give the unit a cleaner look than furniture with visible handles.
The two soft close drawers give broad storage space across the vanity while keeping daily use quieter and more controlled.
A 1200mm vanity is a wide piece of bathroom furniture, so it needs a room that can carry its size without making the layout feel crowded.
This Bella unit is floor mounted, so it will not create the floating effect or open floor gap of a wall hung vanity.
The matt grey finish gives a cooler modern look, so it may not be the best visual fit for schemes led by natural oak, walnut or warmer furniture finishes.
The optional basin is split into two separate sections, so each side has its own wash area. That makes the 1200mm width more useful in busy bathrooms where two people may be using the vanity area at similar times.
The drawers have a 250mm opening distance. Check that space against nearby toilets, doors, shower screens and towel rails so the drawers can be opened comfortably once the unit is fitted.
The basin option has two tap holes and a pre-drilled overflow hole. Taps and waste are not included, so choose those to suit the two tap hole layout and the finish you want across the wider vanity area.
