The Scudo matt black square stainless steel ceiling shower arm has a strong, monolithic character, dropping from the ceiling in a crisp 25mm square profile before meeting a broad overhead shower head of your choice. Its deep black finish and precisely defined edges create a dramatic focal point above the showering area, while the compact 55mm square ceiling plate keeps the connection neat and purposeful; at 218mm long, it positions the shower head below the ceiling without introducing the visual bulk of a wall-mounted arm.
Check the ceiling water connection, finished shower-head height and G1/2 compatibility before ordering.
The vertical ceiling-mounted format allows a compatible shower head to be positioned directly above the showering area without relying on a projecting wall arm.
Its square profile and dark finish work naturally with black valves, outlets and framed shower glass where crisp geometry is central to the room design.
The 55 x 55mm plate creates a defined surround at the ceiling, giving the visible connection a more deliberate and coordinated finish.
This arm requires a suitable ceiling connection, so it is not a direct alternative to a horizontal wall-mounted shower arm.
The listing includes the ceiling arm only; the compatible shower head, valve and other shower components must be selected separately.
The arm lowers the shower-head connection by its stated overall length, so the final head position must leave suitable clearance for the intended users.
The arm uses a straight 25 x 25mm section rather than a conventional round tube, giving it a sharper and more architectural appearance. This makes it particularly well suited to square shower heads and angular controls, although the shape alone does not determine shower-head compatibility. The matt black finish strengthens the outline further and can create a clear contrast against a pale ceiling.
The shower arm has an overall length of 218mm, including its connection sections, with a 180mm main square body. The selected shower head will extend below the lower G1/2 connection, so its own depth must also be included when calculating the finished height. Check this combined drop against the ceiling height and the required headroom before installation.
The lower connection is G1/2, so the chosen shower head must have a compatible connection and be suitable for use with a ceiling arm. The shower head is not supplied with this product, giving you the option to select its size and design separately. Compatibility should be confirmed before ordering rather than assuming that every overhead head will suit the arm and the wider shower system.
