The Scudo round ceiling arm has a beautifully simple form, dropping straight down from the ceiling to position an overhead shower head without the visual weight of a long wall-mounted fitting. Its slender stainless steel body and mirror-bright chrome finish give it a crisp, refined look, while the round ceiling plate neatly disguises the connection above. At 217mm long, it creates a defined drop beneath the ceiling without hanging excessively low, making it a smart choice for contemporary showers centred around a clean, symmetrical rainfall head.
Check the ceiling outlet position, finished shower-head height and connection size before installation.
The arm connects vertically from the ceiling and is designed to suspend a compatible overhead shower head above the showering area.
Its cylindrical body and polished finish coordinate naturally with round shower heads, controls and chrome accessories.
Ceiling mounting allows the shower head to be positioned directly above the preferred standing area without relying on wall reach.
This arm is designed to hang vertically from a ceiling and is not suitable as a projecting wall-mounted shower arm.
The 217mm drop must be added to the depth of the chosen shower head, so the finished spray height should be checked carefully.
This listing contains the ceiling arm only; a compatible overhead shower head and shower valve are required separately.
The outlet uses a standard G1/2″ connection, making it suitable for many compatible overhead shower heads. The head’s thread, weight and installation requirements should still be checked before fitting.
The arm measures 217mm overall. The final drop will also include the depth of the chosen shower head, so both measurements should be considered when checking headroom and spray height.
Confirm that the ceiling has a securely supported G1/2″ water connection in the correct position. The finished ceiling must also be suitable for fixing the round cover plate, and the selected shower head should sit centrally within the enclosure without reducing headroom too much.
