The Scudo gloss white 800 x 340mm slab base end panel turns the visible side of a fitted base cabinet into a neat, coordinated furniture surface rather than leaving the structural carcass exposed. Its plain slab face and bright Serene gloss white finish suit uncluttered fitted runs, while the 18mm thickness contributes to the completed width of the installation; it may also be adapted for another suitable base cabinet, although trimming by the fitter may be needed for an accurate result.
Check the exposed cabinet side, finished furniture-run width and any cutting required before installation.
The panel creates a decorative outer face where the side of a standard-depth base unit remains visible.
The Serene gloss white finish helps the end of the run match adjoining bright white fronts and panels.
A fitter can cut the panel where the full 800 x 340mm size does not match the exact installation area.
This is a decorative finishing panel only and does not provide a carcass, door, drawer or storage space.
The 340mm width is intended for standard-depth base furniture and may not suit a shallower cabinet without alteration.
The panel thickness contributes to the finished furniture-run width and must be included when measuring a tight recess.
The panel is a decorative finishing component for the exposed side of a fitted base cabinet. It covers the visible outer face of the carcass so the end of the furniture run has a coordinated Serene gloss white appearance. It is not a cabinet side supplied as part of a complete unit and does not create storage or provide a door or drawer front.
Yes. The panel is 18mm thick, so that measurement must be added to the exposed end of the furniture arrangement when calculating the finished width. This is particularly important where the run sits between two walls or beside a fixed fitting. Measure the carcasses, adjoining panels and available recess together rather than allowing space only for the nominal cabinet widths.
The panel can be adapted for another suitable base cabinet where its dimensions and finish work with the planned furniture. Cutting may be needed to match the exact cabinet height, depth or surrounding installation. Any trimming should be planned and carried out by the fitter, as the panel should not be assumed to fit every cabinet unchanged simply because it is used beside base furniture.
