The Kartell Plan freestanding bath shower mixer is made to become part of the look of a freestanding bath rather than disappearing into the background. Its tall round body and curved swan-neck spout create a softer silhouette than an angular floorstanding tap, while the chrome finish keeps it easy to coordinate with popular bathroom fittings. A single lever and ceramic disc cartridge provide straightforward control, and the included 1.5m shower hose adds useful flexibility for rinsing the bath or everyday bathing routines. With performance starting from 0.2 bar, it can suit a wider range of domestic water systems than many statement freestanding mixers.
Consider your bath position, water pressure and planned floor plumbing before selecting this Kartell Plan freestanding mixer.
The floor-mounted design is ideal when the bath sits away from the wall or does not have a suitable rim for conventional deck-mounted taps.
The mixer operates from 0.2 bar and delivers a listed flow rate of 4 litres per minute at that pressure.
Its round body and swan-neck spout work well with curved baths and bathroom schemes that avoid sharply angular fittings.
This is a floor-mounted mixer and is not a direct replacement for taps connected through the bath rim or wall.
At 1160mm high, the tap needs sufficient clearance around windows, shelves and other features near the bath.
The Plan uses a rounded body and curved spout, so an angular freestanding mixer may better suit a strongly geometric bathroom design.
The stated minimum pressure is 0.2 bar, with a listed flow rate of 4 litres per minute at that pressure. The available pressure and flow at the bath should still be checked before installation.
The spout reach is 182mm. The floor connection should be positioned so the outlet sits safely over the inside of the bath.
Yes. A 1.5m flexible shower hose is included with the Kartell Plan bath shower mixer.
