The Kartell Astley basin brings a substantial, furniture-like presence to a traditional bathroom. Its broad 600mm form provides comfortable everyday washing space, while the stepped front edge and gently shaped ceramic give it far more character than a plain modern basin. Two separate tap holes are ideal for classic crosshead or lever basin taps, helping the completed installation feel properly in keeping with the Astley collection. Pair it with the matching pedestal for a coordinated floor-standing finish that neatly hides the waste and pipework beneath.
This listing contains the ceramic basin only, so the pedestal, taps, waste and trap must be selected separately.
The moulded ceramic edge and two-tap-hole layout suit heritage interiors, classic sanitaryware and decorative crosshead taps.
The generous width provides a comfortable wash area for main bathrooms and larger en suites.
The compatible POT037AS pedestal completes the intended design and conceals the basin plumbing below.
The pedestal, taps, basin waste and plumbing trap are not supplied with this basin-only product.
This basin has two tap holes and is intended for separate hot and cold taps rather than a single-hole mixer.
The 600mm width may take up more wall and floor space than a dedicated cloakroom basin.
No. This listing contains the Kartell Astley basin only. The compatible POT037AS full pedestal must be ordered separately.
The basin has two separate tap holes and is suitable for a matching pair of hot and cold basin pillar taps. Traditional crosshead taps work especially well with the Astley design.
Yes. The basin includes an overflow opening, so a compatible slotted basin waste will normally be required.
To complete the installation, add the compatible pedestal, a pair of basin taps, a suitable slotted waste, a basin trap and the correct wall and floor fixings for the installation surface.
