The Kartell Astley 600mm vanity unit is a strong option for customers who want traditional bathroom furniture in a softer matt white finish. The 590mm wide MDF unit gives you two doors and one shelf for everyday storage, while its floorstanding design keeps the look classic and substantial. An inset rectangular ceramic basin can be purchased at the same time, giving you a matching 620mm wide basin with one central tap hole for a neat, coordinated vanity setup.
A practical guide to whether this Kartell Astley matt white freestanding vanity unit is right for your bathroom.
This Astley unit is designed for a traditional look, making it a natural fit for bathrooms planned around classic furniture styling.
The two door layout and single shelf are useful if you prefer concealed cupboard storage rather than drawer-based bathroom furniture.
With 590mm wide furniture and a 620mm wide basin option, it suits customers measuring for a compact traditional vanity area.
This is a floorstanding vanity unit, so it is not the right choice if your plan is for a raised wall mounted unit.
The Astley uses two doors with one internal shelf, so it may not suit customers who prefer drawers for separating smaller bathroom items.
The basin option is 620mm wide and 470mm deep, so it is worth choosing a smaller product if your available space is more restricted.
Yes, the basin can be purchased at the same time. The basin option is an inset rectangular ceramic basin measuring 620mm wide by 470mm deep.
The total height of the unit with the basin is 916mm. The furniture unit on its own is 858mm high, which helps when checking your available wall and surrounding space.
The basin has one tap hole positioned centrally. This is useful to know when selecting compatible brassware for the finished vanity setup.
