The Scudo Monza brushed bronze open wall-mounted towel holder brings a mellow metallic richness to the basin area, combining a substantial square fixing block with a slender brass strip that curves smoothly into a long, uncluttered rail. Its brushed surface feels softer and warmer than polished metal, making it especially appealing beside stone-effect finishes, timber-toned furniture and matching bronze brassware, while the open end offers an effortless way to slip a hand towel on and off during busy daily routines.
Consider the available wall length, forward clearance and preferred towel-loading direction before choosing its position.
The brushed bronze tone can connect the towel holder with coordinating taps, shower fittings, handles and mirror details without introducing a highly reflective surface.
Its open side lets a hand towel slide directly onto the rail, making replacement quicker than feeding fabric through a fully enclosed holder.
The 230mm length creates a useful hanging point beside the basin without occupying the broader span of a full-width towel bar.
The holder projects 107mm from the wall, so it may be too prominent beside a doorway, opening cabinet or tightly used walkway.
Its compact rail is better matched to a hand towel than a large bath towel that needs greater width and hanging capacity.
The Monza deliberately uses an open-ended form, so choose a ring or closed rail instead where an enclosed outline is preferred.
The brushed bronze surface gives the brass holder a warmer and more muted appearance than polished chrome or a solid black finish. It brings gentle metallic depth without becoming highly reflective, making it particularly useful in bathrooms using oak-toned furniture, stone-effect tiles or other warm neutrals. The simple open form prevents the richer colour from feeling overly decorative.
Allow for the full 230mm length along the wall and the 107mm projection into the room. The rail itself is 20mm high, but enough additional space should be left for the towel to hang freely and for the open end to remain easy to reach. Check nearby mirrors, sockets, cabinet doors and tap positions before marking the final fixing point.
The outer end of the rail turns gently upwards, creating a defined finish rather than ending as a completely flat strip. This gives the Monza holder a more sculpted silhouette and provides a small boundary at the open side. Towels should still be placed securely along the main 230mm rail rather than balanced only against the tip.
