The Kartell traditional slide rail kit combines a slender polished-chrome column with softly flared wall brackets and a distinctive white handset, producing a look that feels elegant, nostalgic and beautifully suited to classic bathrooms. The bright chrome rail introduces a refined vertical line, while the contrasting pale handset adds the porcelain-inspired character associated with heritage brassware. An adjustable holder allows the showering height to be changed for different users, and the flexible hose provides the freedom needed for rinsing, washing hair and everyday cleaning.
Check the 680mm rail length, wall construction and hose route before drilling the mounting points.
The flared round brackets, chrome rail and white handset coordinate naturally with crosshead taps, roll-top baths and period-style sanitaryware.
The movable handset holder lets different users position the spray at a more comfortable level along the rail.
The rail is supplied with the handset, flexible hose and wall outlet, reducing the number of separate shower accessories required.
The decorative round brackets and traditional handset create a softer period look rather than a sharp contemporary profile.
The mounting points must be securely anchored to support the rail during repeated adjustment and handset removal.
The kit supplies the slide rail, handset, hose and outlet but requires a suitable shower valve or water-control system separately.
The technical drawing shows a rail length of 680mm. The polished stainless-steel tube has an 18mm diameter and should be positioned at a height that allows comfortable adjustment for the intended users.
The upper mounting assembly projects approximately 72.6mm from the finished wall. The decorative circular wall bracket measures approximately 60mm in diameter, so both the projection and surrounding tile space should be checked before installation.
Yes. The handset sits in an adjustable holder that can be repositioned along the vertical rail. This allows the shower height to be adapted for different users or changed when the handset is required for rinsing and cleaning.
The kit includes the polished chrome slide rail, decorative wall brackets, adjustable handset holder, white traditional handset, flexible shower hose and coordinating wall outlet. A shower valve is not listed as part of the set.
